Are you inclusive?
Everyone is welcome here. Whether you are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, a person with disabilities, or neurodivergent, I’m here for you.
It is not my job to create a life for you based on my values and experience. It is my job to allow your life to bloom in accordance with who you are, the circumstances that have brought you here, and the dreams that you have for yourself.
It is my goal to stay well informed, to be an advocate for your goals, and at the end of the day, an excellent coach.
As someone who is neurodivergent, who has dear friends and relatives that are LGBTQ+, and has focused their college career around understanding issues of race, class, and gender, inclusivity is non-negotiable for me. The world is better for YOU being here.
If you have any further questions about if I’m a good fit for your needs, let’s talk. If I’m not the right fit, I’d be happy to refer you to a colleague better suited to your situation.
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you get unstuck and move forward with intention. It’s about clarifying your dreams, exploring the beliefs and patterns that keep you playing small, and taking meaningful action toward the life you want. Through deep, curious questions and personalized support, coaching helps you shift your mindset, build confidence, and take practical steps aligned with your values and goals.
Who is life coaching for?
Life coaching is for people who are ready to grow—those open to reflection, willing to challenge old narratives, and eager to step into what’s next. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck or uncertain, or simply wanting to live with more purpose and authenticity, coaching can help you create the change you’ve been craving.
What can I expect from a session?
Each 60-minute session begins with a breath, an intention, and a check-in.
If you're enrolled in a structured program like The Signature Soul Formula or Alchemy Lab, sessions will include personalized tools and exercises (often with worksheets) designed for your journey. Using thoughtful questions and grounded guidance, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and clarify your next right step.
By the end of each session, you’ll leave with more clarity, a sense of empowerment, and at least one concrete action to move you forward.
Afterward, I’ll send a follow-up email recapping what we covered and the action step you committed to.
Is life coaching the same as counseling?
No—but both can be incredibly valuable.
While there's some overlap, life coaching is future-focused. It’s about taking aligned, actionable steps toward the life you want. We’re less about diagnosis and more about direction—clarity, growth, and momentum.
Therapists tend to ask, “What happened, and how did that make you feel?”
Coaches ask, “Where do you want to go from here, and how can we get you there?”
Therapists heal. Coaches propel.
Do coaches have training?
Great question—and an important one.
I’m a certified life coach through Seattle Life Coach Training, a 120-hour intensive program focused on both the skill and the inner work of coaching with integrity. I believe that to help others transform, I have to be doing that work myself.
Because coaching is currently an unregulated field, not all coaches have the same training or ethical standards. I chose a path of in-depth education—through traditional academia, vocational training, and continued study in psychology, coaching, neurodivergence, and personality systems like MBTI and Enneagram. I’m always learning so I can better support the people I serve.
